2.3 AI Assistant Feature (Mobile App)

Our mobile application includes an AI Assistant feature that uses a third-party artificial intelligence service. When you use the AI Assistant, the following data may be sent to our AI processing service powered by Anthropic:

• Your Messages: The text messages and questions you type in the AI chat.
• Document Text: Text content extracted from documents you attach to the AI conversation (including OCR-recognized text).
• Document Images: Images from scanned documents you attach to the AI conversation (compressed and resized before transmission).
• Conversation History: Previous messages in the current conversation to provide context for responses.

Important:

• Data is sent to the AI service only when you actively use the AI Assistant feature and have provided your explicit consent.
• Your data is processed solely to generate AI responses and is not used to train AI models.
• The AI service provider (Anthropic) processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy and data protection standards.
• You can choose not to use the AI Assistant feature, and no data will be shared with the AI service.
• AI conversation history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time.
